Great Granny Along
 

I finished quilting this one today. Just a simple feather panto this time. I made this with mostly French General fabrics, but mixed in a few others as well. I didn't end up caring for my fabric choices, so I put it up for sale.... it sold before I even finished piecing it! :)

It's beautiful and agree with Tartan, I can see why it sold so quickly! You did a great job on the quilt and the quilting!

Teach ya to second guess yourself. It is beautiful and the quilting just sets it off. Well done!

Thanks everyone. The name of the quilt is "Great Granny Along" I guess... it was a quilt along on a blogger's site, but she's removed the tutorial as she now has a book out with different patterns featuring this block.

I am not a fan of pinks but I LOVE your quilt and can see why it sold right away. The all over feather panto was a perfect choice for quilting. Baptist Fans would probably look good too.

I really am drawn to the granny block. Guess I am just a sucker for the old fasioned designs. Between yours and the one "justflyingin" in Poland made in reds and browns, the granny block has made it on to my bucket list. It makes an awesome controlled scrappy quilt.
