Your sewing space is great!! I think I have as much crammed into an 8ftx7ft space!! (we do things smaller in UK!!!)

I really like that IKEA storage. What size are the drawers please? I think I would need two back to back. I have the space. I used to use the basket storage too, but the cats like it too. :cry:

You will really enjoy working in there more now than ever. Love the shabby chic look. Love your avatar roses. Very pretty.

Thanks for turning the picture, I'm still learning. It's a Varde kitchen unit. The drawers are 13.25 " wide , 15.5 " deep and 5 " deep (all iinterior dimensions) . The 5 " is measured at the drawer front, the drawer sides are a little lower. Fat quarters can be folded in 3rds and fit great. I slid 3 underbed plastic boxes under it, too. I also put 4 of those Moving Man sliders under the legs and it slides great on the carpet, especially for something so big and heavy

Don't I wish! Actually my new Mid Year Resolution is to buy nothing I don't absolutely need, fabric-wise. And not to subsitute buying quilting patterns and gadgets for fabric, even though they take up less space. My Mom keeps threatening to leave me her fabric stash. I know I don't have room for both.
