It's a beautiful quilt. I love working with gray. It seems to go with a lot of other colors.

Lovely quilt. My sister has hinted at a gray quilt. I was thinking I’d need to sneak in a blue color, but now I see I won’t. It looks very restful and pretty. How did Hot Rod get his name? I was a big fan of Hot Rod Williams when he played for the Cleveland Cavaliers back in the 80’s.

My husband is a car guy, and as a kitten Hot Rod would speed through the house. My husband named him Hot Rod because of that. He still runs through the house and he is 14 years old, but he is also my faithful quilting companion.

Cute name! We lost our 16 year old calico, Sister City, last year. That leaves us with our 3 year old calico, Portia. She tends to keep to herself. But our two dogs, Georgia and Jackson, may have a lot to do with that. Love hearing how people name their pets.
