Very pretty! Where can I find the "H" quilt pattern?

It's an old pattern. I've seen it before with quilts in traditional colors.

The block finishes at 7.5 inches.

I cut the legs 2 inches by 8 inches.

The fill in parts of the H:

2 inches by 2.5 inches
2 inches by 3.25 inches

Once the cutting is done, the sewing goes fast. I used a tiny dab of glue along the long section and hit it with an iron for second INSTEAD of pins.

I hope my notes are correct. I gave the quilt to my aunt to give to my cousin.
