I have been working on making these off and on for about a year. I have most of the stars done, now putting on the borders. These are the only two I have borders on. 28 more to go!

Those are such beautiful colors! It reminds me of some pictures of space, clouds and nebulas, that are colored by their elements that I have seen.

Thanks again, everyone. This is my progress so far. 6 more! It will probably be a couple of weeks before I have a free sewing day, but eventually I will get them done.

WOW batiks are very expensive in the UK so not very many people use them..

It is all the same pattern, I just vary the color placement on each block. I am trying to make each one different. If you need more specifics let me know. Or are you talking about the big star? It is just an 8 point star that I drew out on grid paper to use half square triangles. I don't want to attempt diamonds. |
