Quiltmaker magazine has been running a series on blocks like this. I think they call them flip flop blocks. You all may want to find their website for other variations.

I saw this one at a quilt show and just loved it. A woman came into the quilt shop and we were talking about it and she had the pattern and loaned it to me. The only difference it has the smaller daisy and vines and leaves around the border. I have all the big blocks done but need to assemble and applitue my smaller daisys around it.
