This quilt was made for my first great grandchild. It was fun to make. The patterns came from a nurse's shirt, drawn to size with a few embellishments. A pattern can come from anywhere.

I used needle turn applique on the frogs, painted the lily pads, and drew the water marks with a sharpie.

I drew the pictures to size. The pics on the scrubs were tiny.

how adorable...good job...someone on a list I was on was saying they have been using some sort of color pencils for coloring in their art on quilts..she does flowers and such...I love what you did...beautiful and creative..thanks for sharing...blessings
