It's a Diana Marcum fabric and I bought it from an LSQ years ago. Most of the fabric I am using is old old old. A lot of it came from a huge sale at JoAnns's and some are the designer's from the LSQ's. |

tragic, what a lovely quilt; hope it's recoverable.

oh my good lesson I have a candle burning right now in my sewing kingdom.

Be careful of light bulbs in a closet. My mother made a pink & while Irish Chain for a wedding present for my brother and wife. They put the quilt on the top shelf and the bulb burned through four layers of quilt. Thank goodness they got it in time. The quilt was unrepairable so I cut off the bad parts and just sewed on a binding. I now have a lovely throw for my sofa.

I have never set a quilt on fire but lit my hair up pretty good once, hair spray on your head on a hot day does not mix well with a lighter, my hair stunk for days. LOL
