Lovely! Well done!

Some great blocks there- what is the name for the shape you used on the second row from the bottom, extreme right and extreme left?

Second from the top, second from the right also looks lovely- any chance of a close up? :-)

Hi No I didn't have a hard time hooping to me it is easy & the back turns out so nice no wrinkles. Most of my quilts I .use my embroidery hoop

knlsmith 06-19-2010 02:31 AM

ok, I am looking at buying an embroidery machine, I actually bought a 300E and exchanged it for my 1600 Q-PC last fall.

Now when I was getting the 300E I said to the ladies that I wanted to quilt with it. Keep in mind at that time I knew nothing about combining embroidery and quilting, so when they said it was very hard, if not impossible, I believed them.

So I pose this question,...

Where can I find how to info to do this? I really love the affect and know that if someone can steer me in the right direction, I can figure it out.

Oh, and BTW, I will be going to a different Janome dealer this time. :)
