That is just too cute! I agree that a matching tonal blue or pink border would frame it nicely.

I would only add a border if you want the size to be a little bigger. I would bind it with a brighter fabric. Maybe audition colors for binding from your leftover strips?

I go with Kim, a border just finishes it. Although it is cute just as is.
