I personally like the darker yellow/gold. It just pops !!

Would you ladies mind helping me choose the inner border for my Trip Around the World quilt? It's just about ready for them to be added. Option 2 is a light marbled yellow but is a bit darker than it appears in the photo. Thanks.

The gold works best; it stops the action of the blocks and gives the eyes a place to rest. Although the green is pretty, it is too much the same color of the quilts inner protion & does not give enough contrast for the eyes to stop/rest. The gold border just works and makes the inner portion of the quilt pop!

I think the 3rd one is best. the other two colours are just to bland and boring.

I like the bright yellow! It just pops those flowers! :)

Another vote for the darker yellow and green for binding. Very pretty fabric.

I like the bright yello!

The gold color is really beautiful with it!

It's amazing to see how the colors come out. The green is lovely and it brings the yellow of the flowers out. The bright yellow really accents the purple color. I like both.

I'd be the oddball, and audition black for the inner border; although I do also like the gold of three options you posted.

Personally I would go with the gold/darker yellow, or green, though the dark purple seems to work too. Tough choice. I still think the yellow will brighten the quilt up more than the green or purple. It all depends on what kind of effect you would like. Please post when it is completed. Interesting to see what you choose.
