Help me pick a border!

I want to do a pieced border but can't quite decide which one to go with. All opinions are welcome!

I like the first one. It frames the center and doesn't distract from the design.
three, two, one.
I like #1.
I like the first one but number 3 is a good alternative
I like 3 best
i like the last one. the quilt center is so delicate looking and the last one seems to blend better with that.
I like #1.
I like #3 the best! The one with two blue borders!
I like the 3rd one. I like the 1st one, but it almost seems too "heavy" and draws attention away from the center. Really pretty quilt!
I like #1 best. My second choice would be #3. Beautiful quilt design.
I like #1 best.

What about this? A sort of compromise between one and three...

I like the 3rd one because it brings a balance to the square. You see the whole square and not just the border.
Tough decision! There are aspects of each that appeal to me. Think I like kaelynangelfoot's because it combines all the best of each.
1 or 3 depending on the look you want
#3 is my favorite, but whichever one you choose, it will be beautiful.
3,1,2 in that order of preference. Love your design!
number two or three for me. very nice indeed.
I really like your "compromise" of 1 and 3!
I like #3 best.
That is a tough one. I think I like 3,1,2
I like the first one.....I think it makes your quilt pop! My second choice would be the third one. By the way, your quilt is beautiful.
3, 2, 4, 1.......not gonna go wrong.....
I like the "compromise" the best.
One or 3. The first one makes it look larger. The other two shrinks it down, but I like 3 too.
2, 3 , 1. The first one is to thick for this beautiful, delicate quilt.
I like the compromise best. It frames the quilt and yet is delicate enough for the center.

I vote for #3. . more compatible.

1st one is a strong heavier border.
2nd feels lighter, softer. 3rd seems a perfect balance for a delicate beautiful quilt. But, any of them would look beautiful. |

I like the 1st one and thank you for sharing
Have a Blessed day Ellen |
I like #1. Just saw the compromise and I liked that one too.
I like #3. It looks delicate like the center. It makes it look light and airy.
I'm tied between the compromise and #3. The quilt is very beautiful.
I like the third choice. The double border...really frames the star without overpowering it. The first border seems too heavy to me and the second alternative seems unfinished. Really pretty!
