http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbmjFsusdQo The directions aren't extremely clear, but if you don't mind guessing a bit this is a quick project that - I think - looks really cool! It was VERY EASY until I got to binding the corners that are not right angles. Made it though and will certainly do it again. After Christmas last year I picked up Christmas fabric everywhere I found it cheap - the snowmen are from Walmart, but I'm not sure where the snowflake is from - it's a Moda print. I finally have enough of a stash to make small projects totally from what I have on hand. A large scale focus fabric that is not directional would be easier to work with. |
Very cute.

Just lovely.....very pretty fabric. Sometimes I find seasonal fabric a bit "too much", yours is seasonal without being OTT.

What an adorable little table topper!! Love anything blue.

I made these too, for Thanksgiving, but I skipped the binding. I sewed them right sides together, left an opening, and turn them right sides out. Then I stitched around the edges with a decorative stitch about a half inch in to give them an appearance of binding. They were so easy, I'm making more for Christmas!
