I have wanted to make a quilt for sometime using black as the background. When I saw the Hop To It designs I knew this was the quilt to use black. I was able to use the Bernina software to make changes to the design. It was fun and a learning quilt.

I really like quilts with black backgrounds. They make the other colors used pop. This is lovely. Are all the flowers embroidered?

Thanks for your kind comments. On washing ...who ever gets it will have to worry about that. Ha! However I think it would wash nicely all the material was pre-washed. . Yes all the designs are machine embroidered.
Now off to my next project, not happy unless I have another one to start. Beth |

I have to agree with those that said you would have a hard time parting with it. This one is a keeper for me. Having three girls I will just let them draw straws when I am gone. Ha! From the first time I saw machine embroidery, I knew one day I had to have a machine that could embroidery. I love embroidery work and slowly learning more about it.
