Can anyone share the pattern for this? I have a good friend going into surgery at end of Jan. and this would be nice to give here when she got home.

I learned from my DGD that the silver buttons are called Conchos. Perhaps small silver buttons Would enhance it.

I was just talking about this yesterday to my sister..lol I made one like this a couple of years ago and then we ended up moving and it has not made an appearance yet.(I'm thinking it is in the bottom of my cedar chest.) Guess I will go check now.
