Nah...it doesn't. It's not "popping" corn it's feed corn. I guess there's a difference, which I'm no where near qualified to answer. I've had one I bought for years & have made my own since to fit the body parts I wanna cover ;-) I love the weight of the corn [I have rice ones too] especially for cramps! & no worry of falling asleep w/it cause it pitters out itself.

Great job! What wonderful gifts. I have made "corn bags" also. They are great. Just for your info, my daughter designed one for her feet (she has athritis). It has two sections; folds over with handles. She can put her feet (or hands) inside it. You can also open it (12 x 20) and use for a bed warmer.

These are great Christmas ideas, do you have do them longer and thinner so they can wrap around your neck?

Boy that would be neat for around your neck in the car for traveling.

Love them. Your label and tags are lovely.

Great idea and everyone will love their bag

I'm sure those will be greatly appreciated!

i use rice also. it does not stay warm as long as the corn but my daughters use them for "cramps". I love them for my shoulder and even warm one up for the kitty's bed.
