I Accomplished My Goal!
 

Here is the last of my niece/nephew quilts. This is for my oldest niece and includes some of her favorite things. I backed it with black flannel--it should be warm under it this winter.

I really like this quilt. For one thing, I love the simplicity of different color squares inside the strips framing them. It is really special using what are some of her favorite things. Great quilt.

Love the way you quilted it. Just goes to show, sometimes the simplest designs are the best. That straight-line quilting really makes your squares pop right out. :)

Really, really great quilt! Lucky girl. I can tell you put a lot of love into it. It has given me a good idea for one for my DD. Her interests are quite varied and it's hard to pick just one theme, but with a quilt like this I wouldn't have to choose - I could them all, including family and friend pictures. It's like a grown-up and very personal I Spy.
