I have been working on my quilting with a friend's long arm and I love it. I really enjoy the freedom of working freehand. It is so relaxing and time just flies by.

I wish the lighting was better...

Awesome job! Your feathers look great. I have yet to try them on a "real" quilt, just practice pieces. I have been drawing them like crazy though and this has always translated well for me to LAing. I can't wait to try feathers on the real thing.

littlehud 03-11-2011 07:47 AM

You crack me up    I have never done "pebbling" I love that but haven't given it a ry as of yet. I also am not sure how to mark a quilt. The most difficult thing for us is the high cost of shipping from our planet to your planet. ha hah.
I only need to know how big to make your childrens. Did you want a pair for Rob? Have your mittens been keeping you warm? Are your hands glamorous?
Thanks for checking out my progress, I am so thankful you have my quilt top with a zillion hours of my work already in it. That one had to go to a compitent long armer...you!
Have a warm day
