I am so happy with my latest wall hanging. Can you tell?

I was very challenged in making this wall hanging, but, I think the effort was worth it.
I used cross-weaves, peppered and shot cottons, and some homespun plaids. Leslie Wiens Knosko quilted it. I put on a two-tone binding so the sky would not be framed in. It hangs on a wall in our home and when the lights are low in the evening the windows sort of glow. I am really happy with it! Nice wallhanging. You did a wonderful job. I especially like how you did the binding.
As an aside, if you are going to put a disclaimer about not sharing the picture without permission, which is of course your prerogative but hardly enforceable on a public site such as the QB, It would be nice if you also give the pattern designer credit when you post a picture of the quilt you created from their pattern on a public site. http://www.craftsy.com/pattern/quilt...pattern/142603 |
Your quilted homes are perfect!
