Ditto! Ive never heard that minkee cant be long arm quilted. There are several Long armers here so hopefully they can answer.

Can't help you with the quilting part....sorry, but I do like your quilt with the pink sashings. Nice way to set off the blocks. That really is a cute baby quilt.
