green works best for me....great geese

I like the white, then the green. I think you do need a border - makes the geese stand out nicely.

I think you definitely need a border on it, and for me, I prefer the white. I like the crispness of the white and I think it helps set off those beautiful geese.

My best advice is to do what makes you happy!

I like them both. I think the green makes it more of a Christmas quilt. Depends on the effect you want.

I like the white. depending on your design, you could use the row without the borders and they would recede and look like geese flying farther away.
