I would leave it as it is and bind it in the sashing fabric.

Beautiful contemporary quilt using a traditional block. LOVE IT!

If it were me, I would either leave it as is since it is really pretty and probably doesn't need a border - orrrrrr... I'd make a row of white fabric then a row of the white squares alternating with a square of the center colors you uses then a row of white if that makes any sense.

I think it's pretty though and probably doesn't need a border unless you really really think it is missing something.

I like it just the way it is. Unless you need another border to make it larger, I'd finish it off where it is. Beautiful work.

thank you all for your kind words. unfortunaly not able to continue quilting it at the moment, as i have had tennis elbow and received a steroid injection which as caused more pain.
