I Spy Disappearing 4 patch quilts for twins - boy and girl
3 Attachment(s)
My daughter's good friend just had twins, a boy and a girl. I had seen the disappearing 4 patch on the board and thought it would be fun to make them I Spy quilts using that strategy. It was lots of fun. They are in the wash now and ready for her to send. This is my 4th and 5th I Spy quilts. I have done trades on the board, plus have collected quite a variety of fabrics for these. I have a grand niece celebrating a 4th birthday in October, I look forward to making another using a different strategy. These are so much fun.

nice fabric........great colours
|
I love them!!! Had never thought of using the DP4 pattern for an I Spy! Love the backing too! Is the one on the first quilt pieced or was that an allover I Spy print?
|
The blue backing was all one fabric while the fronts were five by five D4P pieced blocks. They were so fun, I have decided to make another.
