After admiring all of your beautiful, detailed work, I was a little afraid to show you what I like to do. I would say I came to quilting via crafting and probably will never be very detail oriented, but I like to not stress about it and just make whatever I need to hang on the wall. Don't look too close!
What are other, non-traditional quilters doing? [ATTACH=CONFIG]252104[/ATTACH] Unfinished table topper with an attempt at FMQ [ATTACH=CONFIG]252105[/ATTACH] Christmas wallhanging [ATTACH=CONFIG]252106[/ATTACH] My sister cross-stitches and I like to decorate with her work. [ATTACH=CONFIG]252107[/ATTACH] |

Those are all beautiful. I can not do FMQ on neither of my machines. To hard to turn the fabric and still have nice circles. Tried stiffling and it looked real bad.

I"m not sure I have a label... I quilt a bit, sew, craft, embroidery, needlepoint, draw, paint, hang wall paper,... oh wait... thats not supposed to be in there..
Lets just say I dabble in abit of everything..... I do what I feel at the moment.... hmmm lets see... today alone I have: stripped wallpaper, quilted, sewed a bonnet for G dtr, counted crossed stitched, painted, texturized a wall hanging, played on FB games, trolled all my crafty sights, answered a few emails.... smile.... I get distracted easily..... smile |
They all look very nice. Nice to have special things to put out during each holiday season.
