Ah your Cat in the flowers brought tears to my eyes. That kitty looks just like my Taffy. I had her from a kitten till she was 17 years old, quite old for a cat. When she died, in my arms, we buried her in my garden beside the pond where she always loved to play and act like the mighty huntress. She was the sweetest cat, and never scratched or bit the kids, even when they were dressing her in doll clothes and pushing her in the dolly stroller. When she had enough, she just jumped away and went under the bed.
Thank you for fond memories from your adorable cat quilts. I love both of them, but of course, especially the cat in the garden one. Thanks so much for sharing them. Hugs and smiles, |
