Beautiful quilt. I want to do a black and white but had not thought about using the black with different color dots. I love that fabric...bought some yesterday!

Are you by chance Norwegian? My grandmother used to say uffdah all the time and she was from Bergen, Norway.
Your quilt is great! I really like the black and white. The contrast makes a real shart quilt!

The binding turned out GREAT - I used parts of Sharon Schamber's method - except for the glue, and those corners are the perfect miter.

Just wish I had the guts to move up from stitch-in-the-ditch quilting.

Wow the quilt is just beautiful.
The quilting store I use to go to sends out a newsletter every week and they recommended this website. This woman teachs free-motion quilting designs. I watched all her sample videos they were great and she sells CD teaching videos if you want that. She also has some great free patterns that you can use to pratice with. You can stitch over the paper or transfer the design to a sample material. I liked the site maybe you will too. Here it is http://patsythompsondesigns.com/
