It is called ragging. You trace the pattern which is the lamb's body. Then you put it with 5 pieces of material and you free motion the design out and it sews all of them together on the main fabric. Then you cut it with a ragging sizzor. So easy.

yes you can buy the pattern online its Daisy & Dell Lamb. Its' $10.50. I bought the pattern from a quilt store in NJ.
