How pretty! I am thinking a concentric circles to make those pinwheels spin and maybe some stippling or pebbles to raise the design up for show.

CarolinePaj 08-29-2010 01:23 PM

Yes, I agree, something to add movement for those windmill looking blocks!

I love your choice of colours and design. What about tying? Or it would look nice with fancy buttons in the centre of your stars and corners.

littlehud 08-30-2010 06:26 AM

That is just beautiful. I love those fabrics. Meandering would look nice. Great job and thanks for sharing.

lakelily 08-30-2010 10:04 AM

stitchinwitch 08-31-2010 04:17 AM

Babs194068 08-31-2010 04:34 AM

WOW It is great. Awesome job.

Friendly Quilter 08-31-2010 05:00 AM

Because of the viberent design I would do an overall design. Beautiful quilt.

colorfulgrammy 08-31-2010 05:29 AM

I think some large circles would make the pinwheels look like they are moving. If you went with smaller circles or pebbles, it would look rain drops. Great work.

Karen Duncan 08-31-2010 05:54 AM

This pattern has to go on my "to do" list. Yours is beautiful..
