Beautiful quilt & so glad to see that both the father of the bride & the bride herself were courteous enough to thank you for that lovely gift. How nice to see that in this day & age, someone actually takes the time to call personally & not send a "text" which to me is so impersonal but I guess better than nothing. IMHO

Yes it is nice to know a quilt is appreciated. I made a large baby quilt inspired by Bonnie Hunter's dancing 9 patch (mine was a 4 patch) and sent it by my daughter-in-law. Recipient was her niece. I have NEVER even got an acknowledgement from the baby's mother, grandmother or great grandmother. My DIL said she liked it in an offhand BTW way.

Awesome quilt! And, I think it is great that the bride thanked you for your quilt. So few seem to remember to send thank yous or send them so long after the wedding that you forgot you went. You should be very proud.
