Look at how many times I tried to get my pics posted on here!

Wow!! A blast from the past. Although yours is much cuter than the brown polyester one from my childhood!

Oh that bought back some pleasant memories,my grandmother made them and gave them as gifts to her family.

How cute!!! :D
A long time ago when I was in Brownies we made "muffs" out of tomato juice cans. I forgot what we covered it with but it felt furry. I loved that thing!!! :D:D:D |
A hundred years ago, when I was a teenager in 4-H, we made these. We had to make boiled wool, ran it through some gizmo to cut it into strips, then made hooked loop tops. I remember the fabric on the side of mine was a dark gold, the top had a floral pattern. Long gone, thrown away I'm sure.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane! |
Looks good. My grandmother had one and I loved putting it on its side and rolling it around and my body over it! I'm 67, so guess they have been around a long time!

I love your footstool! My grandmother made these. I have a friend who made a booster seat out of tuna cans for her grandchildren, very cute!

My grnadma made these too- had kinda forgotten about it. Neat job!
