I made this quilt for my future DIL, who's mother just remarried. At first, I had my doubts on the color combo, but thats what she wanted. If I had it to do over again, I would have chosen a lighter black thread or a Charcoal, but live and learn. I forgot the name of the pattern, I know it was from Quilters World....sorry I'd have to dig the pattern back out, if anyone is interested just let me know and I'll get the name for you. I know my quilting isnt perfect, but I see improvement with everyone I do. Oh and....I quilted this all freehand using W&N batting. Cant wait to try the Hobbs Poly Down. Enjoy!

It looks like 'Courthouse Steps' to me and it is FABULOUS!

It is very similar to courthouse steps, but they had another name for it; I'll let ya'll know :)

OK, not sure how to UPDATE my original post on this...anyway Thanks for all the nice comments on my quilt here. I did find the pattern and it is from Quilters World, the name of the pattern is...IN THE PINK. Thank you again :)
