I also made a mistake in my first post - the pattern I started from isn't a miniature and it's called Spinning Cabin, not Spinning Wheels.
The pattern is no longer sold, but AMC designs (Annis Clapp) has a free download of the pattern and foundation paper on their web site: Spinning Cabin Reverse Foundation Pieced Log Cabin - AMC Designs |
Beautiful layout and color choices, And I loved the way you fixed the “sore thumbs”.

Lovely log cabin...very cozy colors. Someday I will tackle a LC but there are so many layouts. I really like how yours turned out.

Love your quilt. Also love the layout and the fabrics are some of my favorite fabrics.

This is gorgeous! You did a terrific job.

Thank you, all!
I just had to use the Fabrico markers "sore thumb trick" to eliminate a discoloration on a fold - apparently, sunlight made it through the curtains and the plastic bins and faded some folded edges on some FQ's. :( I'm always cussin' how stuffed my studio is, but when something like this comes up, I'm very happy to have a good stash of art supplies. You can't find the faded line, I don't even know which block it was on, now. https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/smile.png |
Wow... I love KT and this is a fantastic quilt!
