You are so fortunate to have all these quilts and such a history of family quilting. Hope there are others with the same passion waiting in line to care for them.

got the case from a vendor at the Jan. Oklahoma City Quilt Show about 4 years ago ... I am going this weekend will look for him again ... if I find him will post his address here

They are all a treasure for you to keep! I would also like to know how the neck tie quilt is done - I have a box of my Dad's ties and haven't decided what to do with them.

Momma made her own pattern she took the ties apart and folded them to make the star in the center then she cut some in half to make the next round then she pieced the rest to make it a square and then baisted the pieced part together then embroidered it all together ... then added the pretty work as she called it .... glad you enjoyed the pics
