Cute. Did you follow a pattern?

sewloved 01-08-2011 06:27 PM

I started with this pattern:

http://www.modabakeshop.com/2009/05/bookkeeper.html

The pattern is for the older generation Kindle and that Kindle is a bit bigger than the newer one. So, I shrank the pattern size. And I was a bit confused at the exact steps that the pattern took to construct the keeper. I am horrible at patterns with no pictures. LOL! I decided to just put it together how I wanted to.

Thank you. I have the older Kindle and my mom has the newer one. I am excited about making covers for them.

Nice! BTW I used the 'flower power' fabric for the bright in my black/white/bright swap blocks.

Ok, so I had to go back and look, and I didn't see any problems. Keep taking closeups and call the little imperfections you see "signature touches".

The only "problem" I can see is that it isn't mine! LOL!

You did a fantastic job and the fabrics are perfect!

You may be able to see the problem, but I can't! :?
