Kitty Quilt finished!

Here's is the lap quilt I have made for my sister who adores cats but sadly can't have one as her house mate can't abide them...I hope this quilt makes up for the void in her life!
I have made this using various bits of panels I picked up from ebay. I SID around the blocks to stabilise it then FMQ meandered mainly, with a bit of 'extra' on the large blocks to emphasise the kitty's a bit more, I wanted them to look more 3D! The backing has little kitty paw prints all over too! |

What a beautiful quilt. I had cats all my life and when the last cat died we decided not to get another one until after we had done all our travelling. It was too hard putting the cat into a cattery. So, a quilt like this would fill a void.
