There is a public Japanese Garden near me that has Koi in it, and it doesn't look nearly as pretty and Koiful as your block.... It's a beauty and please continue to publish "under construction" photos. Always a pleasure seeing your beautiful work.

The fish are appliqued on. I put a little batting under them to raise them up. I'm all about bright colors and textures.
