Well, I FINALLY got these gals done, now off to the showers and then figure out what to put between. I'm thinking scrappy nine patch???? These are 12 in squares, for a 9 patch, do I use 4 1/2 squares?
This will be a quilt. No home yet. Just made for fun so far.. |

Fun seeing your ladies all together, Bev. I like the way you laid them out on the floor, too. Seems like a fabric that looks like your floor would work well!
|
They turned out really cute!!

Oooh, so cute, they will look great with 9 patches. Your work has got me wanting to do some more embroidery (I only know how to outline), they look SO nice.
|

Can't wait to see the finished top! |
Beverly, these 'saucy' ladies are too cute. You did a wonderful job on them. I agree with the nine-patch between 'em.

They really turned out cute! (They would make a wonderful little wall hanging too. :D )

Scrappy would work. You can do scrappy better than anyone, from what I've seen. |
Those are 4 BEAUTIFUL Ladies, Bev :D :D :D
I can't wait to see your quilt!!! For a 12 inch finished 9 patch block you would use 4 1/2 inch squares  |
You do such nice hand work! I can not wait to see them lounging on a quilt!
|
Oh Bev.they are all so neatly done u do some pretty and neat work Thanks for sharing Sweetie

Wow! What a lot of work, I have done some of this and know how this goes! Great job! I have a friend who does baby quilts like this! Once they are quilted they are beautiful! I got some blocks she gave me to do, to make a quilt, guess I had better put that on my list too! Will be anxiously waiting to see what you choose to go with!
|
Great job, Bev!
Just leave them on your floor and play with the pattern in your floor tile. Looks like you've got a 4 patch going on if you straighten out your blocks. I think that would look kinda cute! |
Too cute, Bev. It's been neat seeing your progress. You've done a really good job. I love to embroider but always seem to miss the lines. I agree a scrappy 9-patch would set the blocks off nicely.

Love your ladies. Are they going in a quilt now, or maybe a wall hanging? Would love to see the finished product, whatever it is.
