Are these wall hangings? They are beautiful

These are lovely, and very realistic. I can close my eyes
and feel the wind on my face, smell the odors of far away
fire smoke and a drift of brewing coffee.

Thanks for sharing these lovely creations.

I can't get Sewing with Nancy anymore in Little Rock. I would love to do a quilt like that. My husband made a comment that he thought that would be fun to do, but he has
passed since. Do you look for material that would make good trees or backgrounds like that. I really love them.

First....I'm sorry for your loss  Try utube, you might be able to find the shows there. Also go on line to Boarders and Books, Barns and nobel, etc and look her up. She has 3 Land Scape books out. You can learn a lot from them. There easy and fun. I have a bark fabric that I designed from one of my lines when I worked for Timeless Treasures that is great for trees, but I also buy anything that has texture, wood grains, etc. I then use markers, Paint, whiteout, Whatever I want to give the fabric more detail. Then when I'm ready to quilt all the layers together I free motion textures in. Remember this is painting with fabric. It's art. Do whatever you want and have fun.
Janet :-D

Thanks. The last one was really fun. I created the abrk by cuting up an old scarf I had and sewing it down. I also used it as a fram around the picture.
