Wow, I really didn't expect so many response but love them all!! Ya'll are so awesome and just too sweet.
I did use 4" sq. and the layout was 16 across by 18 down. Yes, this technique is very labor intensive but, so very worth it! This was the 3rd twister I have made, and each one was bigger than the last. My daughter wants a queen size one for when she goes to college in 4 years. She says.. "If ya start it now ma, I bet ya could have it done by graduation. ;-) ". Sad part is, she is most likely right!! The starter for that size would be so unmanageable, I am sure it would have to be sectioned. Hmmm... ok, the juices are flowing there. This pattern is too addictive. LOL
