After spending so much time on projects for others, I decided to take some time to do something for ME. I have had some fabric for a long time that I have been dying to use, and recently picked up a book about making fabulous quilts with one fabric. The two kind of clicked together for me, so away I went! Here are a few pictures of the WIP.
This is the square before I cut it up and put it back together again. This is what the blocks look like together without any sashing.... I like it, but think it is a bit too busy this way. |

Here is where I need your help, please. What fabric do I use for sashing? One of these pictured, ALL of them, NONE of them? EEEK!!!
I love this green! This is a beautiful rich, deep red/burgandy. The red and green are mild blenders, but this blue is true. |
I vote for the Red!!
Love your squares. |
Thanks! My problem is, I love all three of the looks!
|
you can use the red for sashing and the other 2 for a border and binding
|
I like the green the best.. for some reason the other two tend to take my eyes away from the blocks.
|
I like the green for sashing, and I agree the other two would make pretty borders :D :D :D I love your blocks!!! :D :D :D
|
I think the red makes the squares pop! Nice job! :)
|
Love them. The Green tones them down. I loose the blocks on the red. And the blue makes them Pop.

I like the blue. Nice fabric.
