Gladie; I love it!! I really like Gwen Marston designs and made a liberated flower pot quilt for a niece of mine. It's fun.

G.- Looking at your artwork again! I like the way the windmill looks. All the detail-did you make the barn siding 3-D? the straw and grass looks real. And the colors are so me, country looking and all. N.

N, yes I ran parallel lines up and down the barn about every 1/2 inch. I knew I had the haymow right when 6 yo GD saw "straw". Glad you like it. How hard was it for you to do your liberated flower pot? We have similar quilting styles and processes and it was difficult for me to be "free". For me taking this a step further with the barn and windmill was more challenging.
