Oh my. I would have such a hard time choosing. They are each fantastic. What ever you choose it will be beautiful.

I also liked the first one, not because it was the most beautiful (I can't pinpoint that one!!!) but because the overall design itself is a log cabin and somehow that seems appropriate. Thank you for the work you shared with us. You must have been a bit achey after all that repositioning!!! I've never seen different log cabins rearranged like this. You did us all a big favor. You can't go wrong with any of them.

I haven't attempted a log cabin yet. Is it hard to do? To my brain it looks complicated. haha

I like the last three layouts. Whatever you choose it will look great!

No, it's not hard at all! You start with a center block- for instance, mine was a 1" square of red. Then you add a contrasting block of the same size. If you look at the first photo, the one of my stack of blocks, you can see that you just add strips in a spiraling order. It's really very simple.
