This quilt will be going to a great niece. No pattern, just did a log cabin around the little girls in the border.

Would you know the name of this line? I was given some fabric just like this already cut. I would love to purchase the fabric you have along the edge. I've wanted to make a quilt similar to yours and have purchased all sorts of beautiful fabrics that will look great with the center blocks. But I can find the border. Maybe if I have the name......

I think the fabric is pretty old, I've had the quilt top finished for awhile but just recently had it quilted so you may have difficulty in finding it. The fabric line is - "Girly Girls Paperdolls" by Cheri L. Strole for Moda. I just did a google search for it and didn't come up with anything on the first page of findings. Complicating the search is that there is apparently a current line of fabric out by Cheri Strole/Moda that is just called "Girly Girls". Not the same fabric. How much border fabric do you think you will need? I can look in my stash to see if I can come up with some.

How sweet of you! I have no idea. I think there's enough in my stash for two small quilts. But I'll gladly pay for whatever you have. Please PM me if you find any. But don't make yourself crazy: I have a few projects in the works to keep me busy. Thanks for the offer to look.
