Log Cabin Santas
1 Attachment(s)
These are the "Log Cabin Santas" that I have made for little Christmas gifts. They were fun to make and one Log Cabin Block makes two Santas. You can find the pattern under "Log Cabin Santas", I hope people like them, they look rather nice hanging on a door knob.
They are adorable!!!!! I googled "Log Cabin Santas" and found the pattern...in a language I don't understand. If you have a link where the directions are in English I sure would appreciate it if you would share.
Oh, how cute! I found the page mentioned, but yep, it's in another language. My browser (Chrome) asked if I wanted to translate it, and I clicked yes. It didn't do a perfect translation, but it's close enough to be understandable. :)
Hope it's okay to post the link. If not, my apologies. http://cucitocreativo.xs4.it/i-miei-...ale-log-cabin/ |
How cute! I'd like to try them with white Minke beard row.
very nice pattern thank you
Those are adorable.
These are so cute. Log cabin is one of my least favorite blocks, but I might break down and try one!
They are really clever Carol....what a great idea for little gifts.
Very cute Santas

This is a really cute decoration. I plan to make a couple of them today---I need to have 6 'boutique' items for our guild annual boutique and party by December 1st. I have been struggling with ideas. Thank you for this post.
Thank you so much for giving us this link. I couldn't get the translation but figured I would be able to figure it out. With your link I will have no problem. Thanks again,
Julie

These santas are so very cute! Another project in my future!
Adorable!! Thanks for the pointer to the site. I think this would be cute for Christmas dinner name card holders. Carol -- are those bells or little ornaments on top?
Thanks for the pattern and translation. It is cute and I think I'll try making one.

Thank you for sharing .. going to finish my cuppa and give it a go ... lol
super cute... your family and friends are sure to love them.
The directions seem to be in cm. Can someone tell me the sizes in inches? 6 cm tuned out to be 2.36220472 inches.
Thanks |
These are adorable. I particularly like your variations: red ribbon hanger instead of white rickrack, gold bell/ornament on hat, and the eyes-looks like you used some type of bead instead of just a couple of embroidery stitches?
Thanks for sharing! Had never seen these before although now I see they've been "pinned" a zillion timess :). |
These are so cute. Thank you for sharing. I printed it off & plan to make some when I get home.
Really really cute. You did a great job.
Thanks! These are darling. Going on my "futures" list. I hope I get to them someday.
