Thank you all for the wonderful comments. I strip piece my color sets and then sub cut at a 45 degree angle. Kind of tricky to get the points to match up...that's one of the things I had forgotten about this pattern. I think I finally figured it out though.
One reason I like to do quilts for this lady is she and I like the same colors. I have enough of my pieced panels to make me a purse. I haven't decided if I will cut them into diamond strips or leave them the way they are. |
