i am a little of an old hippy, so i would lay it out, and design a coat around it, it is so beautiful,

i use dogpile.com for my search engine, and that is all i have found so far, i called a friend and he said that most likely it is not color fast, so a table runner?, well, a coat? well, it is beautiful enough to frame, pm if i can help more, i am looking myself just for the knowledge.

i would try to find a folk lore pattern or use yvonne porcella's "pieced clothing" another of my favorites is "Beyond the Bog Coat" by Linda Halpin. but ralph did say, he works in the interior decorating field, that drycleaning would most likely be necessary .

what a find, beautiful

I would have a difficult time convincing myself to cut up this piece of fabric.
