LOL!! Great save! Some things are meant to be.

That is great. No one will ever know.............but us and we aren't telling. Husbands get in on lots of shrieks, I would imagine.

Beautiful
But remember the saying...Creativity is the mother of our quilting errors... |
The Dresden Plate is my favorite design and one would never have guessed your entire quilt was not planned! it's gorgeous!!
|
This is one of those cases where the "fix" turns out to be better than the original! It looks terrific, and I'm glad it turned out so well for you. There is no way anyone would guess this wasn't how it was intended to be.

There are no mistakes, just design changes. Great save!

We sometimes grow the most fixing our mistakes. It is beautiful and is an idea for using any medallion center design.

That's when i lost my mind and mixed up the placement of the 16 squares and the small stars that were supposed to be in the center were in the corners. Now i was stuck had this huge blank space in the middle and really no desire/time to rip out all those seams - i remembered the great Dresden plate thread i'd looked at on QB just last week. I had just enough of 4 of the fabrics. I think it turned out OK..and no one will ever know - well...except anyone who reads this - and my husband who heard me scream.
