You've done it again...just last night I was sorting through my selvages and thinking of you:)...I keep wondering what I saving them for, then I see yours...
Do you ever get a chance to use the rest of your fabric? Hope all is better...I, too, wish I was closer to see it all IRL. |
Wow, what great work!! I love your ideas, and the selvages give them all that extra "zap". They are so interesting. Guess I will start saving the selvages and see what I can come up with. Please keep sharing, your work is terrific!!

What adorable quilts. I wonder how many yards of selvage I have thrown away during the years. After seeing these quilts I am going to add more to my stash by saving the selvage.

Sharon, ideally you need at least 1/2 inch of fabric after the selvedge edge to ensure that when sewing the selvedges together they don't pull apart.
