Lozenges Baby Quilt Finally Finished!
 

Life got in the way and this baby quilt took a lot longer to complete than it should have but I am happy that it is finally done. I don't have a recipient as I just loved the fabrics and wanted to try the pattern on something small but I'm sure I will find the right person to gift it to soon.

Great fabrics in this! I especially like your use of the stripe in both the binding and the lozenges. The way you quilted it is great too, makes the lozenges look almost like those faceted beads.

An absolutely adorable quilt. I love it! So much, in fact, that I've already got fabrics pulled for it and figured out the sizes to cut. I think it will work with the colored rectangles cut at 8.5" x 4.5" and the snowballed corner pieces cut as 2.5" squares.

GEMRM, loisf has got the sizes spot on. The lozenges were 8.5" x 4.5" and the corners were 2.5" squares.

Zozee, the fabrics were scattered all over the fabric shop but I'm guessing the bug and stripe fabric are from the same range as the colours are so similar. The rest were odds that I pulled from my stash. I would have used more fabrics if I had them because it would have made the arrangement of the blocks easier. I only had 6 fabrics that coordinated.

Loisf, I would love to see the fabrics you have pulled. Starting a new quilt is always so exciting!
