Time for your sunglasses. I made this pillow for my niece Julia's Christmas gift this year. She really likes bright colours. So I used Kona solids: Pomegranate, Turquoise, and Papaya.
It isn't perfect, but for a first time trying this method of piecing a cathedral window, I'm happy with it. Hope she likes it too. It's made with 3.5" squares sewn together on the machine and then I hand sewed in the 'windows', although they could probably be machine stitched too. |

i think it is fun, and wonderful, so bright and warming on a cold day, i always wanted to make one, i still cannot figure out the directions, dunce i guess, could be my limited patience too, but i think it will be stunning, send photos when finished, it is inspiration of the best sortl
